In the past, a project or business’s success consistently benefited from his technology management skills and his ability to recruit and build high-performing teams of IT professionals.
Working in the tech industry from the ground up, his victories set the stage for bigger events. During his tenure as CTO of Backcountry.com, he faced a shortage of IT engineers. Faced with this challenge, he decided to take the next step and established the groundwork for what would become SMASH. An efficient and successful IT talent recruitment process has contributed to the success of many partners and stakeholders.
