The new smashcr.com is built around the one sentence that actually separates us:
Not outsourcing. An extension of your team.
Every page now points back to that claim, because it is the claim we are willing to be measured on.
What embedded actually means
An embedded engineer works inside your organization, not on the far side of a contract. Same GitHub. Same Jira or Linear. Same Slack. Same standup. They are named people, hired full-time and long-term, who own roadmap items the way your own team does.
That is the opposite of a pooled queue with an account manager relaying tickets. We employ each person, handle payroll and compliance, and bill one monthly rate per role. You manage the work. The relationship is with a colleague, not a vendor's help desk.
Three teams, three honest pages
The site now has a page for each way companies build with us, and each one is specific about where the people actually sit:
- Engineering: senior software, mobile, DevOps, data, and AI engineers, hired across Latin America and Pakistan.
- Customer Experience: bilingual support and account teams, from Costa Rica and Colombia.
- Business Support: finance, HR, legal, and operations specialists, from Costa Rica and Colombia.
We do not blur that geography to sound bigger. Nearshore means your time zone, and we only use the word where it is true.
Proof instead of adjectives
The clearest thing on the new site is a case study we can point to by name, because the client cleared it for print.
